Return & Refund Policy 

Return and refund requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date the order is marked as completed. We do not accept cancellations once an order has been processed or shipped, and we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or non-defective items.

If a product arrives damaged or defective, it must be returned, and we will provide a prepaid return label. No warranties are offered to retailers.

Shipping Delays & Tracking Issues

If tracking information has not updated for more than 10 business days, the buyer should contact us via help@doba.com or through the Doba account messaging system for assistance. This clause does not apply during peak seasons, holidays, or abnormal conditions (e.g., COVID-19, extreme weather).

Transit Damage

If an order is damaged during shipping, as confirmed by tracking status, buyers may request a refund by submitting a screenshot of the tracking update as proof.

Returned to Sender

If an order is returned to the sender (excluding cases where the buyer entered the wrong address), the buyer may request a full refund or a re-delivery once return is confirmed.

Delivered But Not Received

If an order is marked as delivered but not received, and the transit time exceeds the expected delivery date by 10 days without proof of delivery from the supplier, buyers should contact help@doba.com or use the Doba messaging system for resolution.

Product Quality Issues

If the product arrives damaged, broken, stained, scratched, of poor quality, incorrect in size/color/style, or missing components:

• Buyers may request a refund after returning the item and submitting valid proof (photos or video).

• Once the return is accepted, buyers must upload return tracking within 15 days.

• A full refund will be issued upon receiving the returned product in good condition.

• If the buyer prefers a replacement, the defective product must first be returned and inspected before a new item is shipped.

Valid Proof Required:
Clear photos or videos of the issue, along with images of the packaging and shipping label.
