Return & Refund Policy 

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the delivery date. Order cancellations are not accepted once processing or shipping has begun. We do not accept returns for non-defective or buyer’s remorse reasons.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, a return label will be provided. Upon receiving the returned item, a full refund or replacement will be processed within 3–5 business days, depending on your request.

We do not offer warranties to retailers.

Shipping Issues

If tracking information is not updated for more than 7 business days, a full refund will be issued or a replacement will be shipped within 3–5 business days, depending on your preference. This excludes delays due to holidays, natural disasters, or exceptional events.

If the order is confirmed destroyed in transit, with valid proof from the logistics provider, a full refund or re-delivery will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Returned to Sender

If an order is returned to our warehouse (excluding incorrect address submissions), a refund or re-shipment will be processed within 3–5 business days of return delivery confirmation.

Delivered But Not Received

If tracking shows delivery but the package was not received:

If delivered to the wrong address (not the one provided in your order), a refund or replacement will be issued within 3–5 business days.

If the correct address was used, we will provide proof of delivery and the order is considered fulfilled.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders

For issues such as broken items, stains, scratches, poor quality, wrong size/color/style, or missing accessories:

If a return is required, a refund or re-delivery will be processed within 3–5 business days after the item is received back.

If no return is required, we will issue a refund or send a replacement within 3–5 business days upon receiving valid proof.

Valid Proof Required:
Photo or video evidence of the item’s issue and a photo of the shipping label on the package.
